I hated it! But I made myself go back. I’ve been going ever since.
Why did you become a yoga teacher?
I’ve always believed that one should enjoy what they do for work. Yoga changed my life. It keeps me on track. I want to help others figure that out.
Any tips for new students?
Just relax. It’s all about being comfortable with being uncomfortable.

I’ve fallen on my butt many times, a few head-on collisions
What do you want to gain from your yoga practice?
Patience, eternal youth
Why do you love SF?
It has all of my favorite things… nature, city, ocean, mountains, culture, good food
Why do you love the Mission?
It smells delicious
