What other services do you offer?

Why is it hot?
The heat used in Bikram Yoga warms and loosens the muscles, promoting flexibility and preventing injury. The heat also causes capillaries to expand increasing blood-flow to muscle and organ tissue, aiding the flushing of metabolic wastes and toxins, and raising the heart rate-- making for a rigorous cardiovascular work-out. The heat creates an environment that cultivates mental determination and concentration.
